Its a way of basically renaming blocked websites so that they could sneak past filters.
for example, say albinoblacksheep.com gets blocked. you could make a new url, say hiddenabs.no-ip.com when you then make go to albino black sheep’s servers.
the filters are looking for albino blacksheep.com and not hiddenabs.no-ip.com, so they let your one past.
it doesnt always work, but when it does, its handy.
